Haha I save enough cals everyday to have a row of chocolate every night when I get in bed.....true story lol0 -
Good point so what u r advising me to do is starve all day and just before bedtime binge.... Sounds good to me maybe that'll work0

Ummmmmmm yeah ummmmmm nope!!! My little choc habit stops me from binge eating....my diet includes all food!! Lots and lots of good food with a little naughty snack of a night time lol0

I do 3 heavy weight sessions a week for 30min and I do 5 x plyometrics cardio sessions for 7-10min a week that's it!0

I work harder and smarter not longer lol and I do work hard though my weight sessions are 100% timed, I use a gym timer so every rep is 4 seconds each and every rest between sets is 30sec......

I live in the bush my gym is in our shed, no commercial gym just a rack with Olympic bar and plates.....nothing fancy is needed! I eat well between 1500-1900 cals a day and more on the weekends (I don't track on weekends) I also enjoy a beer or 3 (I am an Aussie after all lol) it's all about finding that happy medium....if you allow a bit of everything you step away from that binge because you miss eating certain foods! Only supplement I use is protein isolate after a weight session.0 -
