Hi everyone,
I've been using mfp for a month now and started my first DD today.
I tried JUDDD once before back in 2012 but didn't last the week. I felt too weak and hungry. This time though, I've been low carbing for 6 weeks and now in deep ketosis. And I've since discovered Eat Water pasta stuff which is very filling and low calorie so I think my DD's are going to be manageable this time. So far so good today at least!
I'm mother of two whose has already lost nearly 2 stone (27lbs) but has another 63 lbs to go! :-(
I had spine surgery last year and before that had a lot of muscle loss due to spine related disability but I'm back on my feet now. Working out with a Personal Trainer twice a week, as well as daily work outs on a Bellicon Rebounder. I'm getting stronger but have been at a stall for 4 weeks. I'm hoping Juddd will give my metabolism a boost!
