Sore knees. Rest or keep going?

So I usually go to the gym Monday to Friday for an hour each day. This week I switched up the order of the classes and I'm finding my knee area is quite sore. Not injured just muscle sore. I could barley make it through my spin class yesterday. Today I have a yoga/pilates class and I'm not sure if I should push through our take an extra day off. Saturday and Sunday are my usual rest days. I also have not been sleeping well as my three month old baby is keeping me up.

    I have chronic knee issues and am a yoga teacher. My yoga warmups incorporate all the knee strengthening exercises from my PT, so I try to do at least the warmups every day. I no longer do the squats in the Moon Salutation series. How my Sun Salutations go depends on my energy level and how I feel.

    Depending on the intensity of your class, you could probably modify it for your knees, but it really sounds like you could use an extra day off.
