Hey, I'm new!

I'm Sara, 23 years old and from California. I've been doing this whole weight loss thing since I was about 16 years old. I successfully lost about 20-30 pounds back then but I had a really unhealthy mindset. I only cared about staying below 1200 calories and not really about the nutritional value of my food. So when I stopped working out, I gained all that weight back.
I saw a nutritionist recently and she really inspired me to eat better. I don't really use this to track my calorie count as much as I do to just track my intake and look at what I'm eating. I've been taking some fitness classes like yoga, Zumba, etc and have just really fallen in love with this new healthy lifestyle. :)

    Cute dog. I am REALLY the opposite. Just trying to track calories although app does lead a person to better nutrition. Good luck.
