I recently switched from LoseIt to MFP and I must say that this app is much better!
Two and a half years ago, I was at my heaviest weight of 204lbs. When I saw the scale go over 200, I was horrified that I let myself go at such a young age. I was 19 at the time and I wanted to be pretty and have fun like all girls do in college. I didn't want my weight and insecurities to hold me back from the experience. That was the day I decided to lose weight.
Fast forward a couple of years and here I am now at 146lbs and my goal is to be 120lbs (5'5"). My weight loss has been very slow but thankfully, I have no loose skin. My lifestyle has changed completely from what it used to be. I rarely eat out and cut out the majority of processed carbs from my diet. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and I absolutely love talking about fitness and dieting. My favourite workouts are the Les Mills group exercises (BodyAttack, BodyPump, CXWORX, BodyFlow, etc). If you want any diet or exercise tips, feel free to talk to me!
Let's motivate each other to lose weight and live a happier and healthier life!
