And make sure you're fuelling your body appropriately in general.

    Sounds very strange.

Maybe you have a diet issue of not getting s proper diet? Are you hitting some intense pre workout stimulants?

I can do a 5 hour brick and not feel shaky. Tired and wore out, but no shakes. None of my workout partners have the shakes either.

Something isn't right with that picture

I would see your doctor if you are not doing intense workout stimulants.

    If you are, then stop.

Fruit or fruit juice. Also, monitor your heart rate to make sure it stays around 85% of your resting heart rate.

There must be another issue that drains your energy level. How is your sugar intake?

My legs will shake occasionally after leg day, as others have said eating clean carbs will help and perhaps eating a little more if you feel tired throughout the day.

Generally a good choice for carbs, but post-workout you probably want something with a higher glycemic index -- you want your blood sugar to spike pretty hard so your body can stuff the glycogen back into the muscles. If you want to stick to real food, fruit would be a better choice: ripe bananas, grapes, watermelon, or raisins rank relatively high on the scale.
