Lacking motivation

Oh lordy stop slipping now! I "started" and gained 40lbs back... not a fun way to learn that lesson. Take smaller steps and make it easier on yourself. Are you making sure to log accurately? Making logging well a habit takes time and is enough in my opinion to slowly encourage you to make better choices. Just seeing things laid out in text really helps me when Im feeling unmotivated. I see how healthy my choices (and my portions!) are and how much better I am now than I used to be. If you're lacking motivation to exercise just go for walks!0

Take some full body pics in either underwear or firm fitting clothing. Look at them a few times a day. This small trick helps me.0

If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up0

@santanaeveline motivation comes and goes, it's part of the process. What actions can you take to keep moving forward even when you're not feeling motivated? You CAN do it!0
