thanks to a big dinner, I went 2,129 calories over my limit.
but underneath that it reads: If every day were like today... You'd weigh 218.8 lbs in 5 weeks
that makes no sense to me. can someone please explain?
thanks in advance

Basically, it's saying that, based on your weight, if you ate exactly as you ate today and your body burned the exact same amount of calories as you did today, that would be what you would weigh in five weeks. Every day would have to be exactly based on today. But if you don't log any gain or loss tomorrow, and you ate exactly the same as you did today, it'll say the same thing tomorrow.
Basically, it's a guideline and hardly accurate. But kind of a little way to let you know if you're headed in the right direction to where you want to be with your current goals.

That must have been a hell of a dinner.0
