Hey guys, I'm Charlotte. I have had at least 6 accounts on here but never really stuck with it.


Now as I am getting older I am learning how to take care of myself and lose that extra weight while focussing ultimately on achieving my fitness goals.

My goals are as follows:
1. 10 Pushups
2. Plank for 1 minute
3. Walk my route in under an hour
4. Complete BBG 1
