Thanks everyone for this topic!! It has been helpful to get the articles and the opinions of my fellow MFPers.
I have been a month on this site and I have been spiking in the weight department and after this week, I have it pegged to the high sodiumintake. I was only counting calories and fat, because I assumed that since I wasn't adding salt, I would be fine. A friend of mine told me that she was having problems with the weight see saw and she started watching her sodium and it helped. So, I started to include the sodium column within the past week. OMG....As I mentioned, I do not add antying but I was totally floored at the amount of sodium I was consuming. I think that my weigh in this week will show that the weight gain from last week was water due to the SUPER high sodium.,.0 -
