Activity level

Hey everyone,
So like many others, I have a question on what to put my activity level at. On average I walk 13,000 steps a day, if not more. I'm a college student so I sit in class for a bit everyday, but I walk around constantly around campus and downtown. My cafeteria job is beverages, so around 4 times a week (maybe around 10 hours weekly) I lift 50 pound bags of milk. And I don't count that as exercise on here, except for having my phone in my pocket which counts the steps.
What should I put my activity level on?
Thanks guys for your help,

Here's a chart

Is your phone app something you can sync to MFP? Look under the apps section. If you can sync it, you will see adjustments.0
