Seeking Limited # of Highly Determined Individuals

Hello,

I am looking for 1 to 5 people with a “very determined” attitude. In other words, I want to partner with a few people who have that no excuse approach and just about getting it done AT ALL COST. I just want to link up with the type of individuals who planned to make no excuses but rather, make a plan and stick to it like your life depend on it. I really want to keep it to 5 or less people so that we can all easily stay accountable and actually know who’s in the group.

I am 5’1¾” tall. My weight 132.4 lbs and want to get down to 115. I have a 2 and 12 year old, work a 9 to 5 job, and love life. But I want to get back to my optimal weight by my birthday which is in May.

For this post, I would like us to have a few simple guidelines and stick to them no matter what. I want to make the guidelines simple so that it’s not a matter of time for anyone. I am going to write the proposed guidelines below but feel free to suggest better ones.

After getting 5 serious people, I will recap the official list of participants and the final guidelines for our journey.

Proposed Guidelines

1. Journey starts Monday, Nov 16th, 2015 to Monday, Feb 8th, 2016
2. Every weekday journal on the MFP message board the following:
• I ate <= my daily allotted calories
3. Beginning of the following week, each week, journal on the MFP message board the following:
• Starting Weight:
• Goal Weight:
• Previous weight:
• Current weight:
• Overall assessment: (optional)

4. Since this is a 12 week journey, IF NEEDED or DESIRED each person gets 3 free passes for weekday logging, as well as, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, and Valentine’s Day.
5. I will start a new thread every 2 weeks (would love some thought on the proposal interval)
