Spot reduction, unfortunately, isn't really possible. If you want less fat in certain areas of your body, you'll have to reduce your body fat overall.

Walking away from the kitchen works.

Dumbell sidebends, side crunches excersises that work the oblique have worked for me
  • Just eating at a calorie intake of 1540-1640 calories everyday has helped me to reduce my love handles. I'm trying to get rid of my love handles too and mostly my muffin top. Planks are really helpful for flattening your abdomen and stomach. I just recently started doing a 7 minute workout so that might help if you do planks and jumping jacks that are incorperated in the 7 minute workout that I do.

As you lose weight, you will lose inches. Where you lose inches from initially has a lot to do with genetics. I lose from my upper body first and then below the waist. This isn't ideal for me because I'm a pear.

Just continue to lose weight and do the best you can.

Fork putdowns and table pushaways. The only way to get rid of them is to continue to reduce your overall bodyfat, there's no such thing as spot reduction. Exercising that particular area is working the muscles underneath the fat, but you can't exercise fat.

Only diet will fix this. Cut the calories, cut the carbs

No amount of exercise will get rid of a muffin top I know because I tried. It's all down to what you're eating and the amounts.
