I'm gaining inches. Please send help.

Hey there. I'll try to make this as short as I can.

I'm a recovered anorexic (as much as one can recover, anyway)--I went from 5'4", 104lbs to 120. I've since been able to deal with the weight gain and it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. Since I lost weight so quickly though, (~70 lbs in about 6 months), I wanted to tone up. I did the 30DS a while back and saw results quickly, but that was because I was only eating 500~800 calories.

I want to do this the right way. I like jogging and I always have, so I thought I'd pick it up again. Since the 4th of June, I run about 3.5 to 4 miles, five times a week. Sometimes, I'll throw in some circuit training. I watch what I eat like crazy (I weigh and measure everything) and I've been eating anywhere between 1,380~1,500 calories depending on the day. I drink a lot of water, and since I don't eat meat besides chicken, I try to get a lot of protein from eggs, nuts, whey powder. I don't care about the number on the scale, but I do care about inches--and I've since went from 26" to 27.5" on my waist.

I'm super frustrated and I'm on the verge of wanting to give up.

Because of my ED, I can't cut food groups all together (like carbs, fats) because it's triggering... But if anyone has any advice at all, it would mean the world if you could share it with me. Thank you all in advance!
