Cheat meal!

Hey everyone,
Ok so today is my cheat meal and im going to my favorite restaurant Chipotle. Now my burrito is about 1,000cal or a little bit more. My question is if I eat half and then eat the other half about 3 or 4 hours later would that be the better or smarter way to do it or does it not make a difference? What are your thoughts?

You don't stress cause it's a cheat meal
just be sensible in your decisions and since it's a cheat meal, and you want the whole thing, then eat it and enjoy yourself!(: then just go back to your usual eating routine(:
