I didnt realize that even if you dont have surgery you will still have loose skin and I clare all my weight is coming off my arms and now I have wings, seriously I am about to take flight. How can I tone them up because I was already worried about stomach skin but my arms are taking me by surprise. I would post a picture but I decided this is a better depiction.

Just because it looks rather loose now doesn't mean it won't tighten up later, it doesn't mean it will either. It comes down to genetics, your rate of loss, and the elasticity of your skin.

"Toning" things up, in your case, just means saving lean body mass. When we lose weight, some of that is fat and some is muscle-it is inevitable. But if you resistance train and hit an appropriate amount of protein per day, you can save more muscle in a calorie deficit than you would if you had not been lifting/running a body weight program. This will help with your overall body composition/body fat% and will give you a more lean look as you near or goal or dip into a healthy weight range.

What is your training like now?

Have you looked into a strength training program ? It has really helped me get a "tight" look. I personally like stronglifts but there are many great programs to choose from !
And also, be patient! Sometimes it takes a while for things to even out!

It can take up to 2 years after losing weight for skin to snap back, so be patient. Strength training won't do much for the skin, but it's still good to add for other reasons. Skin gets less elastic as we age, so the best thing you can possibly do is lose the weight quickly (2 lbs. of fat per week). :+1:
