Why are those last pounds the hardest to get off??

Because as you lose weight the amount of calories you're allowed to eat reduces. Logging has to be much more precise as you get closer to your goal.0

6 lbs to go for my goal. My rate of loss was 2 lbs a week until I hit 7lbs. Then bam, hit a wall! I cut calories by a little. Then intensified ecercise. And increased my water.
Finally started dropping again. Whew!0 -
