Hello
I am trying to loose weight hopefully 20 pounds by May of 2016. I want to also have a toned body, I feel like I already have quite a bit of muscle and have strength but I am having trouble understanding of my workout routine is good.. I am starting to do the octane trainer and elliptical for 45 minutes a incnlie 20-25 and a. Resistance of 10. I do that for 45 mins then I do rowing for 15 mins at a resistance of 10.. I get nervous to do the free weights because I've had injuries before and don't want any repeats.. Is this good for now since I burn like 600 calories with this .?
