Starting to plateau

Well I've lost 60 lbs, and I am 16 lbs away from my goal weight. I started to plateau 3 months ago. It's taken me 3 months to lose 10 lbs. I started increasing my running by an extra mile and more weight training. I also started eating more calories a day 1300 went to about 1600. I've lost 4lbs in 2 weeks. I guess my question is should I eat more to compensate for the calories I'm burning like I've been doing the past 2 weeks, or should I go back to 1300 calories. Which would be better for weight loss?

If you're losing, you aren't in a plateau. A little under a pound a week is good for the amount you have left to lose. Stick to what makes you feel better and keep up the great work!
