brdnw, I wondered what the lol was for, too.
I've been on maintenance since I started this thread and my weight has stayed pretty stable but I haven't exercised frequently or hard enough to notice any real difference appearance-wise. Also, this thread is only 2 weeks old and I know miracles aren't going to happen in that little time.
I recently synched my Fitbit to mfp and TrendWeight and one of the charts on TrendWeight shows Lean Body Mass. I thought protein intake was supposed to based on that and my MFP goals put me above my LBM numbers. I'm wondering if I should adjust my macros to lower my protein intake or just leave it as is since I've been stable so far. Should I up my carbs or fat if I lower the protein macro? Or maybe just kick up the exercise intensity and frequency and see what happens first?
