Hey, so I keep my calories at 1350 per day to lose weight.. But I also want to gain more muscle even though it'll be slower process eating at a deficit.
So should I raise my calorie goal?
I get good macro goals but I don't know if its okay for me to up the calorie goal and still lose this fat.
What is your calorie goal if you eat at defict and still lift?

Is that a big defecit for you? A smaller (slower ) defecit might help you keep your muscle mass better. Like, -250 cal instead of -500 cal/day?
I've been losing at 2100-2200 (If I stick to it), I'm 5' 3" and try and lift and stay active.
Maybe try some trial and error.... If you're losing very quickly or have no energy after doing that for a couple of weeks try raising it a bit till you're happy?0
