Day 1 of my 12 week challenge-Ends September 13 Weight loss goal-20 lbs Fitness goal-increase strength and endurance Reward-$100 guilt free clothes shopping $50 guilt free Michaels shopping Guidelines: Exercise:Keep Q morn Workout 6 days/wk but add afternoon/eve physical activity 4x week-cld be swimming/hiking/basketball/yard games/treadmill/bike ride Food: track all food /no pb snack after my guys in bed.

Day 2: Well, yesterday went well as I did my extra PA in the evening. I am most proud that I did not succumb to the PB toast after my guys were in bed. Although, I am pretty sure it was said PB that was calling to me around 9:30...0
