omg i so want to reach for a packet of crisps or a sandwich right now! just finished a shift at work, had some diet lemonade and want something to munch on!! what do I do!

Eat a healthier sandwich option. Like turkey sandwich with Spinach tomatoes onions oil and vinegar . On whole grain bread or have a piece of fruit0

drink a glass of water then have your peach... you will feel even more full... go and find a good book to read, sounds boring but get the right book it really helps x0

Yes. Water, peach, then brush your teeth. That always seems to help signal my brain that I'm done eating.0
