excues or results

I don't make excuses. I make results!

I was more tired this morning than yesterday and I will be totally honest and say that I didn't get up at my normal time. BUT keeping it positive once I was up I got my butt on that treadmill (its raining here) and did some intervals. Then an ab workout with Chalene in CLX. So I didn't give totally in to excuses and now I feel more awake! Are you making excuses or results?

    For the last couple of months, it's been all about results! Before that, I'd find every excuse not to work out on a consistent basis.

    Today I woke up at 4am (usually 5am) to get in a good workout before I left for work, which I did. I just came back from another hour on the elliptical trainer and treadmill (at the gym at work), and when I get off, I'm going to the driving range for about 45 minutes!

    :wink: :bigsmile: The best thing about exercise is finishing.... only you have to start first!!! Reasons vs Results. Get the results you deserve... drop the reasons.

    No excuses. Consistency is what brings results and you cannot make up two days worth of work in one day.
