Go to Target or Walmart, get a Speed Jump Rope (in the Sporting Goods Area, not the kids/toys area), it will be under $10. You remember jumping rope? It's what you did as a kid for fun. Do it in 100 jump sets. I do about 500-600 jumps in under 10 minutes and burn between 150-200 calories. It's fun and really gets your heart rate up.

After that, do some push ups and sit ups. Do 20 Sit Ups and 10 Push Ups. Then do 5 sets so you end up doing 100 sit ups and 50 push ups.

Go on YouTube and look up BOOT CAMP EXERCISES. Most of them you can do yourself without any extra equipment.

    Good luck,

    Mike

I walk in my driveway most evenings maybe you could try this. I literally just do laps in my driveway. Maybe something else is put some music on and get your dance on :D. You could even run in place, requires little to no space lol.

Do you have a tree in your back garden? If so climb the tree or do pull ups.
U can also hang upside down from the knees and do sit ups.
    Or dig holes.
And if you have any form. Of pole look up human flag. ( or just pole dance)
Then of course there is things like gardening which is a workout. Just remodel the garden completely and you should be in shape by the end.
