This is a great low sodium dish. I would eat this even if I weren't on a diet.
Chicken and Sweet Potatoes:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 small sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb (or more to taste)
Skillet method - Combine chicken and sweet potato in skillet, add olive oil and Mrs Dash. Cook till chicken is done.
Microwave method - Combine all ingredients in microwave safe dish, microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave again for 4 minutes or until chicken is done.
