Hi. What do you think? I'm in a multi-family residence, so I can't control the thermostat. I realize every night in bed that I am parched!
We know that our bodies don't know when we're hungry versus just thirsty. I'm thinking a humidifier might keep me from feeling that constant thirst I don't pay attention to. And I should be sure - now, in the winter!!- to keep water bottles on hand. When I do so I drink more than when using cups.
Basically maybe I'm eating more when I'm really just needing more liquids.
What are your experiences?

Give it a try. I do know when I'm not eating enough vegetables, I really need more water. I don't notice it until the scale stops moving, and then I remember......ah, yes. Water!0

Worth a try I guess. But have you tried an alcohol free mouth wash before bed?0
