I've been struggling with this last 10lbs for a long while now and I'm starting to think that I might benefit from toning rather than just endlessly battling the pudge with another goal, just another 10lbs lighter...
Could anyone suggest what exercise I could benefit from doing if I'm not particularly focussed on one area?
