IDK...there's a lot that goes into "healthy"

Healthy does not equal your stats. You are in the healthy weight range for your height, but it's your overall nutritional status, what your doctors say about your bloodwork and physicals and the way you feel that determines if you're healthy.

Is there a reason for 102?

Wait....what ? You only eat 1400 cal and do that much exercise ? 12 h is a lot of exercise no matter the effort and I also think that you shouldn't eat that little or you will burn out for sure. Also I don't think that weight has to do much with how healthy you are (exept if you are obese or anorexic which you are definitely not). You can be heavier but that weight can be from muscle mass. I would define healthy by fitness performance, BMI and % fat over your internal organs (heart for example).I know girls with good looking bodies but they smoke and drink and eat fast food and do almost no exercise which doesn't make them healthy. ( P.S. I think that you don't need to lose more weight).

Looks it to me, from a pure physical standpoint. You're young, I take it.

I don't understand how you have enough information from what is posted above to declare that OP is healthy "from a pure physical standpoint."

You're only 20 years old. Healthy has to do with a lot more than measurements and weight.
How do you eat? Do you have your macros set to fuel your workouts? Do you get plenty of sleep? Do you see a doctor regularly for a physical and checkups? That is the sort of thing that will tell you if you are healthy.
Three pounds is not going to make a difference in how you look - no one will notice a difference if you don't make that goal, so don't get hung up on it.

I guess I meant.....outward stuff. I don't know if someone has cancer or not.

105 vs 102 isn't too meaningful because you can fluctuate more than that (3lb) in a few days.

Still..you don't know if she's healthy or not. If she's really at that low of intake with that much exercise, there is a higher probability that she's actually "not" healthy...from a purely physical standpoint.
