Back problems

Hey all,
Just wondering if any of you can help me.
I have a previous sports injury in my back from 10 years worth of 60/70 hours a week of competitive swimming
Was just wondering what the best exercise to do is without hurting my back, or even having to stop me taking pain killers?
Thankyou and look forward to hearing your answers

Speak to you physician and PT.. or ask for a referral to a PT if you don't have one. Back injuries are no joke and advice from the internet is not your best option right now. Educated, personal advice from a qualified professional is your best option.0

I agree with speaking to a PT about your specific back. I had chronic back pain for decades and walking was always good for it. Why Walking Is Good for Back Pain.
Yoga was very useful to me but it can also hurt the back, so if you are cleared for this look for gentle classes or classes specific to the back.0
