For those that use this app, what brand of scale do you use? I want to try it but don't have a digital scale just the old balance beam like you used to see in the doctors office. The lowest increments are quarter pounds.

I use a fitbit aria. I find it just as accurate as pretty much any other digital scale, which is to say, only reasonably so. Your type of scale is generally considered to be the most accurate.0

Smart Weigh. Measures to 2/10ths of a pound. Also can convert to kg and stone readout.
Digital scales are pretty cheap, I think I paid less than $25 for mine.
You could just enter the pound number in the app and forget the fractions.
