I found this recipe on Pinterest and just tried it out for myself.

Original recipe is here: http://www.lifewithmylittles.com/2013/10/cook-off-winning-chili.html/

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground meat of your choice
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chiles
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can creamed corn

Directions:
  1. Brown ground meat
  2. Throw all ingredients in crockpot (no draining, no added water)
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours

In my version I used ground pork and canned fire-roasted tomatoes instead of Rotel. I don't need any spice in my chili, but you can add whatever spice you want. My version made 6 servings of around 400 calories each. It's DELISH!
