Hi from the UK! 60lbs to loose!

Hi I'm 25 and from the UK and plan to loose 60lbs as a starting point. I was 236Ibs when i weighed myself on 11th November and already after 4 days have dropped to 228lbs as of tonight. I know it's probably water weight but i'll take 2lb a day as a win none the less. I've made massive lifestyle changes with my diet. I now drink nothing but water which I'm happy about as i used to drink around 2L fizzy pop a day. And I now eat way healthier averaging about 1200 calories a day. With a five day a week exercise plan starting next week. feel free to add me as a friend anyone and I've made my food diary public if anyone wants to see it. Wish everyone else here the best of luck.
