looking for diaries that model 1,700 cal 125g C/140g P/63g F

Hi,
I am looking for some friends that have similar macros as I do:
1700 cal /day
125 g Carb
140 g Protein
63 g Fat
28 g Fibre
These are the macros I calculated from the "If it Fits your Macros" site. The 1700 cal is my TDEE at a 20% deficit.
I am brand new to all this, so hopefully I have set these goals properly!
I am trying to minimize some of the dairy I am consuming, but finding it very hard to hit the protein numbers, while staying within my carb allowance!
Looking for inspiration from other people's food diaries!

p.s. If you look at my food diary, it is all wonky because I just changed the setting to record morning/afternoon snack - so all my entries prior to today are messed up. Also, I have not been a diligent tracker, but am trying to improve

You can feel free to add me. My protein and Fat is higher, but maybe it will give you ideas on where you can get what you need to fuel the body properly. Cutting out the refined, pre packaged carbs is hard...but you can do it and then you will find those cravings diminishing.0
