Help I am not losing

I need help! I am eating healthy, exercising 3 to 4 times a week and I have been stuck at 165 one day my scale went to 163 but te next day I was up to 165 . I am feeling frustrated. Feel free to look at my calorie intake and exercise . Help

It's hard to tell because you don't really have anything listed before yesterday (i clicked a few days and saw nothing. if there is more let us know). But I'm sure of one thing that will get suggested. Eat more calories. I see yesterday was only a little over 1100. There are others who will give much better advice but that is something I can offer in the meantime0

From what I saw, I would suggest eating more protein and trying to eat less sugar. There are a few days you don't log, if you go over on those days it balances out with the deficit and results in your weight staying the same.
If you are eating less than your body needs and relying on willpower then you will not be successful. Protein with every meal and snack and keeping sugar under control should help with food cravings. I don't know your weight and metabolic rate, but I'm trying to eat 1700 calories a day to lose weight (I'm 5'4" and weigh 130).
