does anyone have experience with these remedies?

and for the caveman dieters, i hear this (see below) kinda works too... but it's just not for me.

    I had a chili cheese dog last Sunday. Tonight Imma eat some deep fried chicken strips from Chick-fil-a with honey bbq sauce and waffle fries.

    ..and I'm still under my limit.
