recipe ideas with boiled egg whites

I made a potato salad in which you make your own mayo and so I used the yolks. Now I have these whites left.
Would love to know if anyone has a tasteful recipe for what to do with 4 Jumbo Egg Whites that come from boiled
eggs. Seem boring right now, but I am also trying to eat low carb so I hope there must be someone out there with a yummy
idea.

    Egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad.

    Or put Frank's all over 'em. YUM.

    Mix in Tuna sounds good too thanks............hoping someone else will pop up with something else :)
