Different scales: different weight

I just bought a new set of scales after I left my old ones in holiday (keen I know!) They are the same make, Selter and both are digital with body fat and water percentage measuring, but my old ones said I weighed 9st8lbs and my new ones say 9st11lbs. I'm really annoyed as I don't feel like I've put weight on, as I was 9st8lb on Friday morning and 9st11lb on Saturday morning! Any one got any advice on how I can know my accurate weight? I don't want my hard work being a waste of time

Go to your local chemist/pharmacy. They usually have scales in there and you can way for free. If not, can you adjust your aces or reset them?
Try to weigh yourself at the same time only once or twice a week.0 -

Give this a watch... it's about bodybuilding but it addresses your underlying scale questions.

i worked in a doctors surgery about 10 years ago...about 6 of us were doing diets and we used to go round all the consulting rooms trying out the scales...the scales were all standard medical ones...they were all different....find a scale and stick to it....0
