Any diet plans and workout exercises that wouldn't interfere with me breastfeeding?

Eat at a moderate deficit and exercise normally.

There's nothing special involved in losing weight while breastfeeding other than recognizing that you need more calories than a similarly sized non-lactating woman. My suggestion would be not to go under 1800ish calories per day, assuming you are breastfeeding a baby full time.

    Exercise-wise, there's no difference.

I'm still nursing my son. When he was exclusively nursing I kept my calories at 1800. After introducing solids I still kept my calories at around 1700 - 1800. Now that he nurses a few times each day, I keep my calories between 1450 - 1800. Dropping too low could negatively affect your supply. I still lost weight, especially in those first few months with cluster feeding (about 40 lbs). Good luck :)
