Remembering why I'm doing this

Hey everyone!
I really need help staying motivated! I was making really good progress a few months ago. I was tracking was I was eating (which really helps me), was running almost 4 times a week, and was really good at controlling my cravings.
Then I just stopped. Completely lost motivation and didn't control anything I ate. I stopped running and I could really feel it. I have no energy, I sleep ALOT, and I never want to do anything. Plus, I've gained the weight I lost, back.
I'm feeling really low right now. I'm a newlywed and I don't act like it. I'm grumpy and I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror. I need to change again, I just need motivation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
Tiffany

Why do you want to do this?
You don't have to answer in this thread, but I would suggest sitting down and writing out a list of your whys. Read it a couple times a day especially when you feel like you don't want to log or exercise. Sometimes having it written on paper or saved in your phone can be more powerful than keeping it tucked away in your head.0 -
Did you try to do too much to fast and burn yourself out. That was my problem when I was on the "DIET" roller coaster. Pick one thing and make it routine and a habit over about 2 months and then add something else. Also sleeping ALOT this time of year could be SAD (seasonal affect disorder). You may want to get your vitamin D levels checked and possibly buy a sun lamp or at least get outside in the sun whenever possible.0

I have also lost motivation after walking 10 km a day. I have gained about 30 lbs. I'm super busy with my 3 kids, but need to go back to taking care of me.
Add me if you like and we can support each other.0
