What are my chances of getting food poisoned by raw or undercooked frozen chicken and deer meat? I may have accidentally ate it when I thought it was done.

As far as how soon after, it depends on the type of poisoning. You have a potential onset of symptoms as soon as 1 hr. (S. aureus), and up to 10 days (Cryptosporidium).0 -
