What are my chances of getting food poisoned by raw or undercooked frozen chicken and deer meat? I may have accidentally ate it when I thought it was done.

That can vary for every person and it depends on how much of it may have been undercooked/raw.

    Not calculable, too many variables.

As far as how soon after, it depends on the type of poisoning. You have a potential onset of symptoms as soon as 1 hr. (S. aureus), and up to 10 days (Cryptosporidium).

    Youll probably know very shortly.
There's been a few threads within the last month about under cooked poultry so maybe do a search and see what others have suggested recently

Never eat uncooked, unless you want parasites.
