How do you calculate a serving of Quinoa. The package say 1/4 c. dry, I cooked a cup. So, how do you break it down to a serving size of 4? I like to weigh in grams.

I would weigh it dry, weigh the finished product, and give myself 1/4 of the finished weight (while logging the dry weight as what I consumed.

Mine says 1/4 cup - 42g. If you made 168g, you can weigh it after cooking, subtract the weight of the pot, then divide it by 4. That would give you the gram serving.
