Hi!!!! Thinking of getting the Insanity program to supplement my gym workouts. I do Zumba once a week, Spinning twice a week, Cardio Blast twice a week and Body Pump 3 days a week. On weekends I do landscaping. All my gym classes are an hour, landscaping takes me several hours. I feel like it's not enough--I am hypothyroid and feel I have to do extra for it all to take. Hearing lots of great things about Insanity. I did P90x for a few months with a trainer, lost a few inches, but nothing impressive. I really want to up the ante. Starting to feel discouraged because I have plateaued, starting to get bored with My Fitness Pal, having to log in everything I eat, etc. I did slip for a couple of days, making poor food choices. Most of the time, my diet is clean and healthy. I just fell into a mode where I feel like I need a push; some words of encouragement. What's your input? And thanks:) PS; forgot to mention there is a new diet/workout site from Livestrong, but you have to subscribe. There are 30 minute workouts and recipes and such. Not sure what to think about that, though, as it's new. I am not sure I want to pay every month on top of my gym membership.
