I have been told that I torn my muscle that is on the outside of my rib cage. I am not sure of when I did it, maybe this last summer, when I was using the butterfly (weights). I forgot to check the amount of weights, I use 5 lbs and it was a lot higher then that. Anyway what ever is going on is not healing and I do not want to lose my progress. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? I was told I can use the treadmill and stationary bike (legs out, not under). Anything at CDC with weights I can not use but I can use my hand weights because they are only 2 lbs. Any other advise would be appreciated. :blush:
