how much is 1 cup?

That's why I try to get recipes that are written out by weight, not cups/spoons.
Easier said than sometimes. .
That's why I said try. I know it's not always easy but I try to get a recipe that weighs out ingredients if possible. Especially since I bake and baking is all about precision.0 -
