I only have 200 cals left today so I am gonna go to the gym and do some cardio. Then I was thinking I could drink it after to get some nutrients and use it as my dinner.

Not sure I understand the question. Does it fit within your caloric allotment? go for it.
If its a meal replacement, isn't that the idea?
have a good cardio session, and chug it back!0 -
I don't really understand the question either
If you go to the gym, you will burn easy a couple of hundred calories won't you?
And then you will have 400ish for dinner - a light dinner like a salad wrap or chicken and steamed veggies would easily get under that.
Or a meal replacement drink if you are into them.
Or eat a little bit over today and then move on...0 -
If you like chocolate-banana flavor, one of my favorite juice plus recipes is to blend up a banana, mix in a scoop of the dutch chocolate powder. Let the mixture firm up a little in the freezer and eat it as a pudding. Only 240 cals. This works better if you start with frozen banana pieces. The mixture will be runny if you start from room-temperature banana, but still a tasty drink. Definitely a good choice if you're missing some nutrients for today.0
