Life after weight loss

After losing weight, you definitely see life in a different way, but not in the way we dreamed of before we lost weight, my expectations were a lot higher, not to say that I'm not grateful.

My friend who I have been avoiding always bugs me about my weight, how I look sick, or fragile, or look like I'll disappear. I also find that I am extremely uncomfortable when people comment on my weight loss, I always feel that I can never tell if they are happy for me or judging me. I was insecure then and I'm definitely insecure now, I always thought weight loss would make me more confident. I now have to do yoga and take vitamin B12s and cold showers just to have energy for the day. I'm always cold and always being aware of food. I think we all have that fear of gaining back the weight, which is like having a dark past that you don't ever want to go back to. Can anyone relate or does anyone have some advice for surviving post weight loss? I know there's a lot of strong people who decided to take charge and lose weight just for them and their happiness. I would like to see what other people have gone through also.
