    I did legs tonight.. squatted 225 couple sets of 8 then leg press 320 couple sets of 8... so I will get there.

    Impressive... I've been stuck at 200lbs 1 rep max on the bench for a month now. I tried 205lbs and failed. It's literally my absolute max to barely get 200 up.

    Squats I'm up to 225 x5 (too scared to attempt a 1 rep max)
    Deads 230 x1 is my max

    Frustrating being stuck at the same max for so long. But I'm still eating at a slight defecit trying to shave off the last 5 pounds to hit my goal.

    Eating at a deficit is hard to gain weight on lifts trust me I been trying for months..

    U can pull more then 230 on deadlift I know it.. my wife does 225 easy
