How many calories should I be eating?

I am 5'5" and 135 lbs

I work out 3-4 days a week both strength training and cardio

Right now my calorie goal is 1300 a day and some days I'm not even meeting that.
How much should I be consuming for weight loss? Is that too little?
I also don't eat any red meat and extremely picky. For the most part I eat grilled chicken, all types of vegetables, pasta, eggs, etc
I work a lot so sometimes I don't get all three meals a day in.

Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated!

    eating around 1600 calories a day plus 50%
    of my exercise cal

    I eat everything ( a balanced diet) except added salt for medical reasons

    advice just plugging along and enjoy what your doing...and weigh your food in grams on a food scale...everything!

    oh and what is your goal? 135 lbs is not bad at all.
