Hello All--
I am new to myfitnesspal... and I am trying to get a head start on my goal for 2016 (Yes!!! its just around the conner). I read an article stating that it takes about 7 days to break old habits...umm...for me it takes several weeks
So, I decided to start early this time around...my goal is to give up all processed sugars...any advise??

Yeah I had a doctor tell me it takes 21 days to break old and or start new habits.
Well, I have been using MFP for 118 days straight.
I have diary every meal.
I could probably count on two hands the days that I've gone over in calories.
Since the 1st I have lost 44.2 pounds.
It works.
